How does the delivery work?

We offer delivery throughout Nashville and nearby areas. After your order is ready, we’ll schedule a delivery window with you. Please make sure someone is available to meet us, as we do not leave items outside unattended.

What if I am renting through airbnb and do not have an exact address yet?

We understand for safety Airbnb does not give addresses until closer to your trip, email us and we will work with you based off your location.

What if I need to extend my rental?

If inventory is available, we are happy to extend.

What if the product I rented got damaged/dirty?

We are committed to offering like new products for rent, therefore customers are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the item is in their possession. If a rented item is damaged or destroyed, you may be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
